If you are a natural person and your purchase is for personal use and not for the service of your individual business then you are entitled to withdraw within 14 calendar days for returning the product to us.
Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, bar codes, user manual, warranty card and invoices, etc
Returns are made at your own expense and within 14 calendar days of purchase.
Upon expiry of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the Product, the cancellation shall be deemed to be late.
If the product has been used and lost its value we will not accept it back.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to cases exempted by applicable law or to products which are ineligible for resale after being unsealed or to products ordered by order.

We take care for the timely refund of any amounts due to consumers.
We are not responsible for any delay in payment of any amount due to actions or comissions by third parties (problems in the banking process, failure to disclose consumer details of his bank account, etc.).
