1. Through our website at www.ideain.gr 24/7.
a) Use the categories Scratch-off Map, # 100Bucketlist, Other products in the main menu, navigate through our site and find what you are looking for.
b) Check the products in the shopping cart by clicking on the “Cart” link at the top right of the page. You can use the “DELETE FROM THE BASKET” button to remove products from your cart.
c) Click on the “COMPLETE ORDER” button to complete your purchase. You can pay either by cash, that is, by paying cash to the ELTA employee upon receipt of your order, either by credit card or PayPal, or even by transferring money to a bank account at www.ideain. gr.
2. Phone order.
You can call our Customer Service at 694-903-58-68, Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00 (except public holidays). There you can chat with our specialized staff, find out more about the product you are interested in and order them by giving the product code listed on the online store.
Note: Payment orders by telephone that require you to log in to banking or other related institutions cannot be placed on the phone for security of your transactions. Contacting Customer Service can also be done in writing (via email, fax etc.)
